Choose VoIP is a lead generation company. We pass enquiries for VoIP solutions to groups of suppliers in different regions who subscribe to our service.
Our service differs from other quote comparison sites in several ways.
✔ We only pass enquiries to suppliers who meet our standards of service quality. They must all offer a full consultation and installation service, they must not insist on restrictive contracts, they must stick to a promise of “the price we quote is the price you pay” and they must have at least a 3-year trading history.
✔ We promise that you will not be contacted by any more than three potential suppliers.
✔ If you are unhappy with the behaviour of any supplier who contacts you then you can report the issue to us
We invite VoIP service providers in all regions of the UK to register with us. If we are satisfied that they meet our criteria for service capability, trading history and business integrity then we add them to our list of approved suppliers. Each supplier tells us which geographic areas they cover and what kind of customers they are interested in serving.
When you complete our enquiry form we send your enquiry details to a maximum of three suppliers – depending on your location and your size of business. They will then contact you to discuss your requirements.
If you are unhappy with the behaviour of a supplier then please contact us and we will investigate the issue. We do tolerate suppliers in our network who mislead customers or who do not fulfil their promises or who cause offence.
